The Ministry of External Affairs has responded to the concerns related to the three Indian nationals missing in Iran.
“We are aware of these cases and we are in regular touch with the families of the three missing Indian nationals. They reportedly travelled for business purposes. Their families lost contact with them shortly after their arrival in Iran," according to the spokesperson.
The matter has been raised with the Iranian Embassy in Delhi and with the Iranian Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Tehran.
