Kylian Mbappe returns as Real Madrid outclass Juventus to reach quarters

La Liga giants Real Madrid eked out a 1-0 win over Italian outfit Juventus in the Round of 16 encounter of the FIFAFIFAFIFA Club World Cup 2025 on Wednesday at the Hard Rock Stadium in Florida to move into the quarterfinals of the revamped edition of the tournament in the USA.

Gonzalo Garcia headed the ball into the back of the net in the 54th minute of the game to help the Spanish giants move into the last-eight of the tournament.

The strike was the 21-year-old’s third in the ongoing tournament, after he also netted against in his side’s opening 1-1 draw against Al Hilal and 3-0 win over RB Salzburg in the group stages of the event.
